BW Business Accountants & Advisers is a Bristol-based firm of Chartered Accountants providing proactive accountancy and tax planning services to limited companies across Bristol and the UK.

We specialise in supporting growth-focused businesses who want more than year-end compliance. Our clients value structured tax planning, responsive communication, and clear financial insight to support confident decision-making.

We operate as a Xero-only accountancy practice. By standardising our systems around Xero, we provide efficient, real-time financial visibility and streamlined processes for both our team and our clients. If you are not yet using Xero, we will guide you through a smooth transition.

Our monthly packages are designed to provide clarity and consistency. Rather than charging ad hoc fees throughout the year, we agree a fixed monthly investment aligned to the level of support your business requires.

We primarily work with limited companies on long-term retainers and do not specialise in one-off tax return work or very small sole trader accounts.

We offer fixed-price monthly packages so there are no unexpected bills. Each package includes core compliance services alongside proactive advice and year-round support.

All clients receive direct telephone and email access to our team, ensuring you can get answers when you need them. As your business grows, your level of financial insight and strategic input can grow with it.

Because we operate as a Xero-only practice, all packages assume you are either currently using Xero or open to moving to Xero. This allows us to maintain high service standards, consistent processes, and real-time financial visibility across our client base.

Additional advisory or specialist services can be added as required.

Foundation Package
